1) Functional - business level- Functional business level strategy are a area of operational management based on managing or coordinating different department like human resources, finance and marketing etc.
Suppose a company which is involve in manufacturing of modular switch and selling through retail channels.Company launched a scheme that ' Purchase 10 Amp one way switch 20,000 pcs in 6 month , company will give Nissan Micra car ' but scheme is basically for electrical contractors , scheme already launched but at functional level team are not targeting in best way because team is more over focusing on retail business and finally result, scheme became fail due to lack of sales force in project sales .
2) In this situation firstly company need to hire more sales forces in project sales and particularly focused on those candidates which have strong builder and contractors relation .In this situation company will get maximum result or success.
