Leadership-Leadership is influenced by number of factor, most important is presence of mind & good habits, most leader are well known about application of soft skill. For understanding purpose theoretical bifurcation is given, whereas for practical leadership we need to understand situational analysis and according to available resources need to deploy management principal.Many time it require technical assistant of very minor rectification. Neglecting to this minor rectification may some time result in to big blunder. And if person provide few minuit and fix the problem and acknowledge properly then this kind of care taking is also terms as leadership.

It teaches us that leadership is directing people by exposing your carefulness in behavior without using any words. It may also happen that people usually neglect to your behavior and treat as mad or physic or whatever but remember its there outlook, but you must continue with your good habits. hence in my opinion leadership descent means there must be number of follower, technically it seems like one haunted mind just gather mob of another haunted mind and think just by making people to lesion or by expressing mouth word, what people should do for getting success is leadership.

Thus real leadership is behaving in proper manner so that u and people around you enjoy comfort of life.
