Question
The presentation in front of the Boss and peers are different from presentation in a classroom and more planning is prepared for the former one. The presentation in front of the Boss could have huge impact on my professional life. When I present in front of the classroom there is not much complications since the presentation may affect only my marks and that also on the particular topic. But in the case of presenting in a staff meeting in office my colleagues and Boss are waiting to measure your skills including communication, leadership and presentation skills and the evaluation may influence my chances of promotion and other career opportunities. Hence you should always plan much more than in traditional class room presentation. The audience in my class room presentations do not mind if I make small mistakes and they may correct me. But if I make mistakes or go out of context in my business meetings a mistake is always a mistake and my image may get affected. I should be more formal in staff meetings than classroom presentations and should be very careful about grammar and your body language. The body language plays an important role in creating impressions on audience in staff meetings and I should always be careful to maintain correct posture that makes a positive impression. The presentation should be brief, but it should touch all the points effectively. The traditional class room presentations have much time to present your idea, but presentations in office should be done within the context of time and time is precious in business world. Hence I should be careful not to stretch the topic. The audience are more interested on how the discussion topic may affect organization and may ask questions that I never expect but I should be well prepared to answer all of them related to my topic and its effect on organization.
This preparation would help me to project myself as a better candidate in job interviews. I would be able to prepare myself about the method of communication maintain correct posture and speak on context which would help me to excel in interviews as well as my career. After moving into a position I would have to conduct so many presentations in professional life and the experience I have acquired through the classroom training would help me to face them with confidence.

Scenario
The project presentations we've been doing for a week or more are being done in a context where you have been asked to imagine presenting in a large staff meeting where your boss and peers are present and will be asking questions. The format alters the context for the presentations, and introduces a certain element of randomness or surprise into what and when you present. Briefly discuss how you've thought about planning and executing such a presentation compared to more traditional classroom presentations of student projects. How might this impact the way you see your job application process going forward, or potentially on-the-job thinking once you move into a position?
