Design method for insert managerial skill in strategic operations -All manager are custodian and act behalf board of director in case of company establishment. As company is legal person it hold equal all right of artificial person. Company run according to company law but market condition do not run according to company law , market condition run according to customer opinion and environmental seasonal factor and other may factor. And accordingly manager has to develop strategy in accordance with market condition. When regular plan fails business suffer big loss, in that consulting services are purchase to rescue business from environmental forces.

In natural course of time planning is done by manager & get approved by board of director before implementation. But in adverse condition this regular plan fail. now what should be done its strategic operation. Here manager empower with certain degree of freedom to execute plan & get it approved in next meeting. Here is possibility that manager my use his power with bias mind exploit degree of freedom. To check this kind of behavior different technic are available.

Thus its hidden policy which describe degree of freedom available to manager to take decision in adverse conditions.

methodology- 1. listing possible outcome in adverse conditions

2. developing parameter list as per its merit or sensitivity

3. listing alternate coerce of action

4. getting approved from boards of director

5. getting acknowledgement from Manager

Thus managerial skill can be inserted in strategic plan.
