Why not?

Because it is absolutely unethical to restrain someone from his/her creativity and shackling in there creative space, everyone must have the freedom to explore and start a venture of there own if he/she will or can be able to move to a competitive organization. This will improve the overall quality of the society.

Creating a monopoly is never good for any society or group.
