In healthcare espciellay in country like US there are many organisations who effectively utilise their power inside and outside organisation. Centres like Rivers Edge, Arora Healthcare in US become succesful because of effective use of power. It starts from their top management and moves towards middle management on how to influence people ( employees and stakeholders) to get things done and make business out of it providing the necessary value addition in terms of customer satisfaction.
