A) I agree. This issue has been around for decades. In 1840, William Henry Harrison stated how the government policies are directed towards helping the rich get richer and the poor poorer. The recent tax reforms in the US seem to follow the same and due to more awareness now than ever before, concerned organisations and executives are under scrutiny regarding this.
B) I agree, even though this is a subjective opinion which can be looked at differently based on where you are on the management ladder. Although most of the Fortune 500 companies seem to be abusing the power at their hand and the bias of wealth distribution is predominant. However, we do find exceptions everywhere such as a handful of executives who abide by their work-to-earn attitude and others who engage in philanthropy to balance the scales as much as they can.
C) Yes, the tax cuts are unjust. This is the ongoing debate between Democrats and Republicans. Such tax reforms which have been introduced lately do favour the rich which allows the wealth gap to widen over time.

C) Do top executives earn their money or are they just in the right place at the right time?
Senior executives earn their money to an extent. Executives have the right to earn their money but should not be given unfair tax cuts. The government offering tax cuts to average income individuals would prove to be beneficial. Ultimately, executives are at the right place at the right time.
