They have to work on shift based on demand and capacity planning, maintenance and workshop management has to be done for separate team within manufacturing.Customet service is all about account management role and key account manager and their team mates should collect feedback from customers, understand their requirements, monitor the sales and service of the product.Operations team must ensure the storage distribution of product and overall.supppynchain planning
