My personal philosophy of a leader is to be compassionate, have a charisma , make people listen to you out of their own free will, be a path instructor, a good listener, a great orator and lastly a patient person.

In my philosophy all of the above characteristics make a good leader, a leader who will be listened to and followed by . A leader is the one who keeps calm in the worst of situations, who instead of panicking finds a way out. A leader makes them tasks look easy enough for the followers to follow. A leader has compassion and charisma toward people and which makes them lead the way.

Leadership is art as well as science and to master in this one must bear the characteristics listed above. This philosophy evolved with time, from behind by a kid to an adult. From the perception of god's gift to the acquisition and brushing up of skills. It evolved with experience and exposure.
