a) Several Companies have implemented the ERP system. let's take the example from Same domain industry i.e., Chocolate industry

while Cadbury ERP system was a huge success but the Hershey's was a nightmare.

Success: Cadbury, LG, Whirpool etc.

Failure: Hershey's, Vodafone, PG&E etc.

Reason for failure: Strict time, Security, Data issue etc.

Success: Better Implementation with proper time and in phase development, proper testing.

Depending on the business requirement I will choose the ERP system. If It is a small business then I will go for Microsoft one and If I am the market leader I will go for SAP
