When the manager wants to convey something to workers,he can call them for o group discussion or on spot he can convey the message to the team leader through telephone,mobile,etc.which makes the managers to always have a direct contact through conversation. Oral communication is best for getting across subtle nuances of meaning because people have direct conversation and also through this conversation they use body language,facial reaction,gestures,etc.
