Your IT Manager brings you in for brief chat, and mentions that the Lead of Budget & Finance Department wants some new features implemented on their main website your team developed. Included in these features are a new menu structure, new color scheme, and new report queries. To your knowledge, there have been minimal issues reported so far regarding the layout of the current website. The current size of this particular SQL database that corresponds to this website is 500 GB, being backed up daily via Quantum LTO6 tapes. The SQL database server is an HP ProLiant DL380 G8 with two 146 GB 10K SAS 2.5" hard drives in a RAID 1 (for the operating system), and 4 600 GB 15K SAS 2.5" hard drives in a RAID 10 (for the SQL databases).

1. The first thing I will ask the manager is what is the cause for this sudden request for change in the website design ,as far as I know, there have been minimal issues reported so far regarding the layout of the current website. So, I will make sure to know what is the reason behind the request and is there any performance flaw.

2. The second thing I will ask is, what are the newly requested features regarding the website design. And is there any other requirements that are to be fulfilled.

3. As the lead on the team, I'll discuss with my team mates and inform them about the currently situation. I'll brief them the modifications to be done and ask for any queries. Then happens the division of work,we will come up with new ideas to improve the website design and performance. We will see, whether any modifications tobe done to the database server or hard drives.
