The people working in the internal revenue services were caught for looking on the salary of movie stars and other high public profile, it is not acceptable due to following reason.
1. There is no ethics, because the salary should not be checked according to the policies.
2. The people working there checked the information knowing as they should not do, so that is not acceptable and cannot be conveyed as curiosity.
