Question
The basic problem is people from the Mediterranean wanted to migrate to the greener pastures of Italy mainly due to their internal problems in their homeland and to find green pastures with lucrative illegal immigration.
They start from the Mediterranean seas and while en-route to Italy majority of the Boats, they used to travel, face issues near the Tripoli areas, where the Libyan coast guards comes to their rescues and save them and accept them as migrants to Libya.
thus the UN backed government accommodates these Migrants, majority of them Africans, into their system. But with excessive migrants, it has become difficult for both the migrants and the Government to settle them in a comfortable way and this pays the way for the crooked minds to siphon off some of them and sell them as Slaves to work in Farm lands across Libya.
The best way to stop these are that, as a first step the Army could be brought in to crack these auctions. But to solve the main problem, they should take a tough stance on the Migrants, who land up at the Tripoli and at the Libya’s southern borders. They should be sent back or allowed to travel forth without being detained.
Or they could set up a camp to look at possible option at individual level.
