Explanation / Answer

Transmission 1 : PC2 transmits a packet to PC4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Only PC4 receive this packet because its MAC address is already available in the MAC address table and the switch also add PC2 MAC address into the table.
            MAC address table at switch after Transmission 1
        ===============================
            0198.a9f4.0004                           E4
            0198.a9f4.0002                           E2
Transmission 2 : PC3 sends a packet to PC2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Only PC2 receive this packet because its MAC address is already available in the MAC address table after transmission 1 and the switch also add PC3 MAC address into the table.

            MAC address table at switch after Transmission 2
        ===============================
            0198.a9f4.0004                           E4
            0198.a9f4.0002                           E2
            0198.a9f4.0003                           E3

Note:
    1) When a PC sends a packet the switch will add its MAC address to its MAC address table with the port in which it is connected.
    2) When a packet arrives at a switch, the switch looks for the destination MAC address in its MAC table. If the destination MAC address is found in the table, the packet is only sent out of the appropriate port. However, if the destination MAC address isn’t listed in the MAC table, then the packet will be sent out all active ports, except the port it was received on. If a PC answers the flooded frame, the MAC table is then updated with the corresponding port.
