Short Response of these two Essay. Textbook : discovring computers2016

1) Like most things, I think that there is a balance that can be struck with telecommuting. I don't think it is either inherently good or inherently bad, it depends on the situation. Personally, I have never had a position where I could telecommute full time, however, my current company does allow for us to bring work home if needed. There are some benefits that I enjoy such as the lack of an actual commute, saving me about an hour a day, being able to perform work for the client while feeling under the weather, and the flexibility it offers. I agree that it is necessary for employees to come into the office regularly because issues can be resolved much faster during face-to-face meetings rather than over the phone or instant messenger. Telecommuting can be treated as a benefit or an incentive but some industries need employees to physically be at work. Many companies in the area also offer a telecommute day, including government employees. Many people take advantage of this and it is a nice incentive for people to have a more relaxed Friday. Overall, I think some individuals will benefit more from the situation and others will abuse it. I think companies should experiment and see if they can offer it on a case by case basis or if they need to remove the policies.

2)COLLAPSE I'm not sure what happened with my last post, sorry! I believe that courses that teach hacking should be in colleges. I think it is important to include studies regarding the consequences as well to discourage the small percentage of people who may author viruses or malicious software. Schools should not be responsible for the actions of their students but should also encourage students to act ethically. There seem to be numerous benefits to teaching hacking, despite the idea of "thinking like a criminal." In the IT profession there are now numerous concentrations and certifications for "white hat" hackers to help corporations. These skills can be developed in a classroom and further refined in a professional sense. Not teaching the course will not prevent students who have the desire to act maliciously. There are plenty of resources out there for an individual to use if they want to learn how to hack. Teaching it in a controlled environment helps mold the narrative and take away the forbidden fruit aspect of hacking. I think that companies would be foolish to decide to not hire an individual that has training in hacking. They can potentially attempt to hack the company and identify flaws and weaknesses before anyone else. This career path is becoming extremely widespread and lucrative and hacking courses may improve new graduates' skills.

Explanation / Answer

Short response of first eassy :

it is disscussion about telecommuting.which means work from home .many companies offer work from home facilities depending upon the senerio or condition of employee for example if employee is not well they can operate their work from home itself.so this facility offeres flexibility to employees while on other and if there will not be balanced and strictness towards this facility it could affect company in negative aspect. hence balanced should be there and permission should be given by truely examining real cause of doing work from home.

short response of second essay :

In this author is telling about huge benifits of hacking course because hacking has great career path and is in demand .so author is telling if school start taking it seriously and start teaching hacking ,it will benifit lots of companies and students too .so instead of thinking negatively that students will become criminal or might indulge in crminal activities .we should think positively and implement this course for their bright future in this career.
