3) feedback for this essay I do not believe that internet service providers should have the capabilities to control customer's internet usage. Access to the internet was not created by the ISPs and it should not be restricted by them either. The taxpayers, in large part, paid for the infrastructure that paved the way for high speed internet access across the world. Internet service providers should simply charge customers the cost to access that open internet. I am a proponent of the government stepping in and improving net neutrality protections. I know that recently a large step was taken by the FCC to repeal net neutrality and it pushed back years of progress and gave corporations stronger profit incentives to restrict internet access in order to earn more profits. Service providers should be able to meet the demand that all customers pay for at any given time. I know there are plenty of instances in which customers might pay for 50/50 and only get 15/15 upload/download speeds. This type of mistreatment of customers should not be acceptable and should have consequences for these service providers. I find it hard to believe that during peak internet usage times the entire infrastructure cannot support the services that it has promised customers. And if that is the case, perhaps they should limit the services they offer so that they are as advertised

Hacker culture follows its underlying foundations back to the 1960s, and to hack basically intended to comprehend frameworks at a more profound level and influence them to carry on in unintended ways. Steve Wozniak (maker of the Apple PC), Brian Kernighan and Dennis Ritchie (makers of the C programming dialect), and Marvin Minsky (prime supporter of MIT's Artificial Intelligence Lab) were all programmers. So, I will utilize the term programmer here to allude to somebody with an energy for proactive security explore—a man who comprehends the frameworks and tries to break them, with great or sick goal, or basically to check whether it should be possible.

Telecommuting can likewise make representatives more productive, especially in the event that they are in more process-driven employments like call focus reps or notwithstanding bookkeeping. One organization, Ctrip, permitted its call-focus representatives to telecommute – an extremely procedure driven employment – and found the specialists were in reality more gainful and were more joyful.
"The efficiency increment, we believe, was expected to having a calmer domain, which makes it less demanding to process calls," Nicholas Bloom, a Stamford financial matters teacher who regulated the Ctrip "analyze", told the Harvard Business Review. "Workplaces are entirely diverting spots."
