Before 50 years ago, it observe that the percentage of educated employee was very low as compare to today. Number of industries available before 50 year were low as compare today.

As employee is considered as active element. His behavior is majorly influence by whatever motivation he do receive against his contribution for system. when employee dissatisfied about remuneration that he receive then his behavior change accordingly. Thus If organization fails to provide appropriate benefit then employee drop out ratio increase. whereas organization which provide maximum facility and remuneration there maximum number of employee show interest to join such organization.

The cost of employee before 50 year was low as compare today.

Thus First challenge is employee expectations are more, employee compare himself with other employee regarding remuneration. And expect similar remuneration as per top institution offer, where as his effort for work seems less honest. And developing honest work force it require transparent business operation , and as each business is based on certain secrets. And its difficult for hr manager to design employee budget.

Second challenge is dropout ratio- before 50 year number of industries available was less and employee were disorganized, but today employ has number of option available as number of industries & opportunity available are more. If employee do not receive expected benefit then he usually thing to change his employer, he expect similar facility and remuneration, similar to that of employee of leading organization.

Third challenge is employee awareness-Todays employee are more aware about there rights as compare before 50 years, but due to education todays employee better know about his rights, this over awareness develop comparative conscious and ultimately result in dissatisfaction for work environment and remuneration. It become very difficult to provide & satisfy each demand of employee.

To develop model which will be balancing mid point from employee as well employer point of view, regarding motivation and output. As if this balance get design properly then employee will continue with organization . And if this model found favoring to either party then it it result in break in employee employer relation ship.
