We are required to do only 4 parts of question.

9. In a connection oriented service, communication(virtual) is established client and the server. This occurs in three phase :

Connection setup

Information transfer

Connection termination or teardown.

Whereas in a connectionless service, there is no need for the connection setup and connection termination phase and only phase required is information transfer. Each packet is independent from every other packet.

IPv4 follows a connectionless service.

13.

000000

All the control bits are set to zero. The segment given is a data transmission

which don't provide any acknowledgment

000001

Here only control bit set to 1 is FIN bit. This is a FIN segment which requests for the termination of the connection.

010001

Control bits set to 1 are the ACK and the FIN. This is response to connection termination request via FIN and a FIN+ACK is sent.

14. The maximum header size in a TCP header is 15 words or 60 bytes. And the minimum header size is 5 words or 20 bytes.

15. HLEN = 0111 = 7 (decimal)

Header length is scaled by a factor of 4. So, Actual header size =74=28B Out of which 20B are necessary and remaining 2820=8 hence 8 bytes are for options.
