To decide, be sure to have everyone give input into how they could contribute to refining this idea. You want to pick an idea that everyone feels they can contribute to on this assignment. Flesh out your chosen idea with a simple project plan, think about who else you will need, what talents and expertise will be needed to develop the idea. This does not need to be elaborate. I want to know: People, Procedures, Data, Software and Hardware Ideas that you will need. You will note I put them in the opposite order from the first chapter. The brainstorming session is conducted by the group of some expert professionals. In the gruop the professionals included from different fields like marketing, sales, IT etc. The expert professionals shows their creativity by producing new ideas to improve their fields and operations.

Here the ideas related to IT sector are described which will helpful to improve the organisation's business operations.

1.The company should have a security mechanism to secure it's data from cyber attacks.

2. There should not access to the unauthorized person to the company's data.

3. There should be one IT personnel to manage the access management and security mechanism.

4. All data and transaction information should be stored in thr centralised database and access should be given to only authorised employees of the company.

These are some ideas come out by the session of brainstorming and other professionals has put their ideas about their fields. All these ideas are recorded and analysed that how can these ideas help and inplemeted for th3 company's process improvement.

Supposr the the first idea is selected for the implementation that is a cyber security mechanism for the company. Now other professional experts can also give their suggestions about the idea and how they will work with this new system.

As a project this idea is now converted to the requirements that what are the requirements to apply this idea like hardwares, softwares, applications, personnel etc.

After this the design or topology of the system is designed. Then the security mechanism is designed and implemented. Then it is deployed inside the company and this will secure the company data from attacks.
