Hey don't worry about that......your code is 100% right .......i think there may be falut in complier i think....just run it any online cpp compiler it is working fine.....so there is a fault in the complier that your using....
So do this steps and run again.....
Intilize the number counter in for loop itself
Remove const int NUM_LOOPS and static10 in the loop itself.....if you made these two changes there may be a chance to workout the problem....otherwise it is a compiler issue only...
