1: Tort is considered as actionable wrong. This can be described as product liability, intentional infliction of any emotional distress etc.

Contract law is enforecable one and deals with formatting, drafting of agreement between both parties.It comprises of elements of contract, complication involved in breach of Co tract etc.

Criminal law: it deals with criminal offense which cause damage of personal property, direct harm to person . It is all about establishing punishment, distinguish crimes and classified based on intensity etc.

2: Law of equity refers to fairness or impartiality in justice. In the law it comes to the picture when there is no statute law that applies for any particular situation. A court apply equity case based on factors rather than contracts. Thus it is decided upon fair situation and it will work against any unwanted enforceable contract against an individual or for a group.
