7-10 closed non-demographic questions (interest in your product, look and feel, ideas for features, etc.) - for example, How often in a week do you take a walk? with the possible answers 0 times, 1-2 times, 3-4 times, 5 or more times.

2-3 open-ended interview questions - for example, What is your favorite thing to do while you walk?

Your questionaire will be administered to at least 5 potential users. I understand that you may not have the perfect human resources at your disposal, but make an attempt to select reasonable participants
