Answer is as follows,
The UML Class diagram provided by you is Correct.
But according to me you have to specify some attributes to Bank Branh and it's dependent class like Manager and Employees.
You can store Branch Code and location in this and further in dependent classes you can use their unique Id , their name and position/desegnation.
All thr relationships and comments are correctly defined.
You can also add more things like methods or function of particular class like , get details () , veriffy(), Processing () etc. but they can be optional. If you want to add these than you can, but it is not necessary.
