Organizational management refers to the different people getting into a common platform and make them to work for an common goal.Effective management helps for the organizational growth and meet the success.Dealing with the employees is an important factor in organizational management.While dealing with the employees it should be polite and in the conviencing manner.Management should give chance to the all employees to share their view and innovative thoughts.They should be encouraged with rewards and appreciations which will give boost up for them and give best performances.If any problem arises with the employee it was important to concern them and ask about their problem.Working hours should be in moderate so that they doesn't feel stress.Best communication with the puclic was an internet and social media because every person was connected to the internet than the newspaper now a days so that to build the public relations and target the audience through blogging is one of the crucial factor to attract the online audience and it always help to in contact with the public.Social media creats a direct contact with the public in the form of some of the websites.Advertisements in some famous websites will helps to increase the long lasting relations because many of the people are intrested to check the news feed every minute.

Public relation is an relation which builds between the organizations and the public.Government doesn't interact with the public directly for their services so that it uses some people to do works like politicians,government servants.Government set up many departments for the different sectors and their needs with the departments.For example department of agriculture which supports the production of agriculture,they give guidlines for farming and also expand their farms.Encourage for the international market.They engage the government departments to reach the public policies.Government should regularly have a check on the public or even make phone calls to the local members to have a glance and know their views.Programs must be conducted to have an awarness to the public.
