1) Digital crimes are becoming more often now-a-days. People are not still recongnizing the effect of digital crime. As there is no reaction in the public and people, the law is lacking back.
2) Digital crime is difficult to investigate because this may haooen in a street or in home, in internet. so it is difficult to trace them.
3) Yes, additional information security focussed laws sholud be implemented. People are realizing the effect caused by it.
4) The best ways to avoid this by updating or changing the passwords of accounts on internet. And even to protect their data by encryting them.
