1- Corporate team building can consist of a variety of activities, but the purpose remains the same. These activities are designed to be fun and teach employees how to effectively coordinate efforts among team members. Corporate America spends over $100 billion a year on corporate team building events. In the video, Teamwork, California bank workers are shown mixing it up in a kitchen, cutting and chopping their way to better listening and managing. Corporate team building provides a little off-site fun for co-workers that will ultimately benefit the company's bottom-line. In what ways do activities such as playing games or cooking together help employees work together more effectively in the workplace? Do training programs actually decrease the number of group failures? Explain your reasoning?

Team building - main aim of training is capacity building which ultimately result team building. To be with partner result in real joy,is indicator of happy family. Similarly to be working with coworkers result in to team work is indicator of good company.
Training is integral part of capacity building, capacity building involve physical & mental fitness of individual person involve in team. Physical fitness require regular exercise & hygienic food proper diet input, where as for mental fitness it require love. many people get dissatisfied for want of love. Thus how to love the work is very difficult task for trainer. But moment people or staff realize that its love to work is prime factor which bound team together in team.Moment if love to ward work seems absent people start uneasy to work. What thing should be compromise and what thing to adjust, this limitations develop personal or special discipline. When person develop skills to isolate personal life & professional life then he develop certain self discipline. This kind of isolation helps him to decide priority at work without shadow of homesickness. Also this isolation helps him to decide work priority at home without any workaholics.
Thus removing unwanted fear from doing any ethical work is basic role of trainer. Due to routine work many people develop imbalance in there behavior which result in to fear. Many people develop unwanted habits which result in, they become victim of of either workaholics or homesickness. Training help them to withdrawn from unwanted habits of abnormal behavior to normal behaviors. This can be possible by giving equal importance for both family life as well professional work and developing mind set which do not differ in importance of work. Each work is of equal importance but according to time its priority change.
Many people in hunger of respect try to influence whole system by develop special behavior in there own opinions. And this special behavior become undue abnormal behavior,and has to face either problematic family or office life. Thus its trainer responsibility to identify such critical cases and address them properly. If any person intensionally keeping himself apart from joy or happiness which can feal by playing game or offsite game is victim of such behavior. And he do not treat himself as team member. Either he may underestimate or Overestimate himself. Once he join & start playing game breaks special discipline he start to behave as normal person & enjoy happiness. This happiness is noting but Love which express equal respect to partner and coworker.
