Incorporate the following questions into your narrative using the Six Bases of Power:
What people have had a significant impact on you?
What leadership traits do they possess? And how has this impacted your leadership style?
What skills have they developed and how? And how has this impacted your leadership style?
What are their growth areas? And how has this helped you grow?
You should submit
A word document containing your "leadership autobiography".

I have no leadership autobiography and experience in past or present as well, However i can explain the importance of leadership or the qualities which every leader must have.
Leadership means guiding, influencing, and motivating a group to achieve a common goal. It is the responsibility of the leader to make the group more cohesive and the group members feel inspired and motivated to accomplish the common goals. Effective leadership makes the group more goal oriented, facilities goals setting and finally enables it to achieve it's goal. An effective leader encourage interaction among the group member and promotes cooperation and teamwork between the members. During discussions, a leader shows the member the right direction, encourage all the member to interact, manage any conflict that arises between the members and exercise high influence to enable the group to take the right decision. Thus he acts like a caption of the ship who steers the ship through troubled water.
An effective leader should have following qualities and skills
1. Inspirational skills- Guiding, motivating, and inspiring individuals and group to achieve their personal professional group and organizational goals.
2.Influence- Exercising influence and persuasion over other to take the direct actions.
3.Developing others- Sensing other's developing needs, improving their abilities, helping them in goal setting through guidance and feedback.
4.Change catalyst- Initiating and managing change.
5.Conflict management- Listening openly, talking meaningful and resolving disagreements.
6.Building bonds- Maintaining and returning relationship.
7.Teamwork and cooperation- Working with others toward common goals.
