12. Forming stage:

Forming stage is the beginning of meeting where team members are new and not familiar with exact agenda of meeting. They try to coordinate and bond with other team members to decide the goals of meeting and agree upon a leader and role of other team members. Hence this stage is called Forming stage.

Cohesiveness is the bond which links all group members for better task performance and unity in team. Each team member gives his best in performance due to this cohesiveness so when one member was not able to devote time due to his department transfer, he feels compelled to speak the truth with his team.
