1. We can clear the CMOS Settings by removing the CMOS Battery and replacing it, if CMOS jumper is not available.
2.Before Chris can boot from an optical drive, he should make sure that the optical drive is set as the primary boot device.
3. After Booting the System and Entering the BIOS Setup, Arnold should find the section that describes the sound card. For Ex: It could be under the "Advanced," "Devices" or "Peripherals" menu and labeled as "Onboard Audio," "Sound" etc.,
Select the Sound Option and Enable it. Save and Exit the BIOS Setup and reboot the system. The system shouls detect the drivers automatically.
4. F10 can be used to Save the BIOS Settings.
Exit by hitting the ESC key and will be prompted for saving the changes.
5. Ryan shoudl use the DEL key to enter the BIOS/ CMOS Setup for an older Core 2 Duo system.
