Explanation / Answer

a. It is best to use Intel microprocessors instead of AMD microprocessors.

b. though AMD might be available for a lesser price than Intel,it is better to go with Intel because :

     1. Intel provides the technique of hyperthreading while AMD does not, which allows the Intel to work on more than one task at a time very efficently and fastly.

     2. Intel has chipsets for the processors-needed for the motherboard which performs the input and output operations much quickly and also has much better overclocking.

    3. Intel processors do not consume that much of power as compared to AMD processors.

ARM microprocessor is another microprocessor available other than INTEL and AMD.
