Question
How to determine JK flipflop's values?
The problem: When E is 0, circuit remains in the same state;
When E = 1, F = 1, circuit goes like 00, 01, 10, 11;
When E = 1, F = 0, circuit goes like 00, 11, 10, 01.
The following table is the correct answer. I am perfectly clear with the E, F, A, B, A+, B+ columns. However, I am confused about how the Ja, Ka, Jb, Kb values are determined. Please help! Thank you

to get the value of JK, we need this table
By that table,
if A =0 and A+=0 than JA=0 KA=X
if A =0 and A+=1 than JA=1 KA=X
if A =1 and A+=0 than JA=X KA=1
if A =1 and A+=1 than JA=X KA=0
same procedure for B
