To increase number of devices and broadcast/collision domain are different things . Hoever it is always better to increase the broadcast and collision domain . each switch interface comes under its own coliison domain . so if here is 24 port switch there is 24 collision domain.

in Broadcast domain each host can send braodcast packet in given subnet and this will have impact on bandwidth and devices resource utilization.so it is always recommended to have small broadcast domain .

LAN 1 : 192.168.1.0/28 (total usable IP 14 considering there are 10 users and 1 printer.)
