Assume you have been hired into an IT group to manage the databases at a company

from this it is clear that i am a technical guy for database

2) maria is business data analyst

so she is reponsible for business data such as financial accounts and other stuff

3) in this case i am a technicalguy having data base servers access to manipulate the technicality of the servers but comming to maria she could have the access for manipulate the entries in the database according to the business requirements

so my self ( other than maria ) is responsible for  the database technology, maintaining confidentiality of the data, data backups, determining who can access the data, data security, keeping the data contents accurate and up-to-date, specifying the data codes, etc.
