1) Describe the dynamics of your workplace or of an organization that you are familiar with. Based on your description, recommend and justify a proper style of leadership. The organisation that I should refer in this particular assignment is ' Google's. The company is well known for their innovative steps and employee management. It is a webased product and service company who focus more on customer satisfaction and forecasting technology baed demand. The company has a mix of flat and funtional based herirarchy which offers employees to work friendly and drive their own project in the labs. At the same time they have functional or domain based group which works closely with customer as well as their research and decent team. Managers are leaders who lead by example by taking challenge and make employees to develop their own rather than building upon conventional style of working . They explore new things through brainstorming sessions and co ordinate ideas to bring it up to the level of market based products. Motivation to the employees is another trademark of the company as they offer best salary in the industry with sufficient flexibility. The working environment is also suitable for employees to feel free and think from their own. Employees groups are also monitored by mendtors which offers them to go through the right direction. Handling pressure , managing tough clients, external or economical fluctuations etc are trained and managed by the leadership team which foster the value of the company. In the earlier stage Google was not focusing on global based leadership group which results in huge attrition because of lack of communication and co ordination. Then they shifted their leadership style to a global approach where communication is in a standard methods and every action are transparent.
2:Ethical decision has different approach in different country and it is based on the culture. Thus to create a heuristic approach there should be a balanced way to understand the concern and belief of the scenario. There should be a standardised protocol where every employee can follow bswd in their virtue and value.Documentation is very important that helps Company to make note of every scenarios and to create a learning curve out of it. Inorder to create a standerdised approach there should be collobirativr thinking process and decision making process for the designed system. All external and internal factors needs to be considered inorder to make a fool proof system.
