Your Task.

In your field of study, select a professional journal, such as the Journal of Management. Using ProQuest, Factiva, EBSCO, or some other database, look for articles in your target journal. Select an article that is at least five pages long and is interesting to you. Write an executive summary in a memo format. Then preview the main idea and summarize the most important findings of the study or article. Use descriptive, or “talking,” headings rather than functional headings. There has been a bias in developed countries for workplace environment and CMDs. It is important to provide fair employment work conditions and influence the health of workers positively. There is a link between organisational justice and risk of CMD. There have been two important models developed for understanding the effect of psychosocial stressor at workplace. The demand control model works on characterising the jobs based on their level of demand. While the second model is effort reward imbalance model that focuses on characterising jobs based on the balance between the efforts put by the employees and the rewards they receive for the same.
