Some of the similarities and differences between public Health Organisation which are controlled by government and private sector Healthcare organisations are as follows.

Both of the Healthcare Systems share the common goal of improving people's Life by providing Health Care services to the society.

Both of the Healthcare system follows the same guidelines and rules which are made by the government.

The Healthcare plan choice is completely the customer's choice what he wants to choose is depending on the conditions of the customer.

Public health care system is divided into two parts Medicare and medicaid. Private Healthcare systems are just a part of medicaid or the advance Healthcare plans also known as Medicare advantage.

Dedicate Saran by the state governments with the Federal government contributing to the course but now they are being over to buy the private firms which is acquiring the 75% of the total medicaid patients to a private firm.

Public Healthcare provides basic structure of Healthcare to the society with lesser price but private Healthcare is totally works on fund based healthcare system which directly effects due total profit of the Private Health Care.

As compared to the private Healthcare systems Government Health Care systems of the public Healthcare systems are very simplified and they work with the help of the government. Basic Health Care as well as advance Healthcare plans are introduced in government Healthcare systems. but in private Healthcare system mostly it is arranged by larger companies who have large steaks in the Medicare advanced plans and provide Third party Insurance to the people with better benefits. These benefits are making people switch from Public Health Care systems do the private Healthcare systems. Advanced insurance plans which are more beneficial to the customers making shift from Public Health Care system to the private Healthcare system.
