A public relations campaign is to improve the communication between the organisation and customers and this is an essential part to achieve success. Several activities are employed to do so in a public relations campaign. It targets the those sections of people who are concerned with the services rendered by by the organisation. In order to be successful, various characteristics that affect the attitude of a person could be used. Attitudes are characterized by how the person is treated in return to his good behavior, how successful he is after putting in great efforts, how the person perceives the society because various persons do it differently because if their past experiences. Having experienced solitude makes the attitude more passive rather than aggressive. So while communicating with the customers through a public relation campaign like advertising, these characteristics could be considered. Like, if the product is about a sporting equipment, the adevertising managers might include the benefits of the product in the advertisement which could help the person improve their attitude. Because sports enlightens the spirit of any body, making the targeted customers know that this equipment could be used in playing that sport which in turn improves the way he perceives things. This would be successful because what they are advertising is logical, but it could be overused sometimes and also exaggeration must be avoided in any case.
