Solution: Technician B is correct. Because an operating system should support all the hardware . If it is not supporting any hardware,then it is not fit to be called as a complete operating system. Everything matters is about the drivers.Appropriate drivers are always availaible for any hardware parts and when we install these drivers,they should cumpolsurily work with that operating system. A driver contains instructions ,so that the hardware binds with any operating system,which is the system software.There is no meaning replacing hardware parts as per compatability,as said by Technician A.The purpose of driver is to see to it that every hardware parts binds appropriately to the operating system.
