You are to use Logisim to design a circuit having 5 inputs which will have active output (output 1) when the bit pattern represented by the 5 inputs ABCDE is the binary form of an integer which is a non-zero multiple of 4, but not a cube. Otherwise, It must output 0. Definition: 'Multiple of 4' means the number is 4*k for some integer k. Example: 8 is a multiple of 4 since 10 is 4*2. 0 is a multiple of 4 since 0 is 4*0. Definition: 'A cube means the number is k*k*k for some integer k. Example: 8 is a square since 8 is 2*2*2. 1 is a square since 1 is 1*1*1.

Here total 16 numbers are there from 0 to 15.

Here the basic condition is multiples of 4 but not a cube.

From 0-15 ,in the given numbers multiples of 4 are 0,4,8 and 12

0*0*0=0 which means that it is also a cube.

4-   multiple   4*1=4

         It is not cube.

   8- Multiple of 4 i.e., 4*2=8

        Cube 8=2*2*2 so it is not the required one.

12- multiple of 4 i.e., 4*3=12

     Its not cube.

So final numbers are only 4 and 12
