As it turned out, the three executives—Raj, Martha, and Gabe—who couldn’t retrieve their e-mail messages were all sitting in a conference room with two other executives, Selena and Darrell. Selena and Darrell are vice pre- sidents in the Operations group and had scheduled the meeting in a conference room down the hall from their offices. Raj, Martha, and Gabe, on the other hand, are vice presidents of Marketing, Human Resources, and Subscriptions. They traveled from the New York office to Boston for the meeting. Although Selena and Darrell could retrieve their e-mail before the meeting started, the other three executives couldn’t. Dmitri asks you to guess what the problem was. What do you tell him?

As i am the assistant of Dmitri sir, i will tell him about the problem that vice presidents of Marketing, Human Resources, and Subscriptions (Raj, Martha, and Gabe) just traveled from the new york to here( boston) facing problem in retrieveing their email messages.

we have checked other vice presidents (Selena and Darrell) outlook and they could retrieve their email.

and i guess problem is in network and we need to do troubleshooting process at local are network so that they can retrieve their email. I guess their can be faulty NIC, cable, switch or router or it could be client software configuration problem.
