As the HR manager of the GMFC manufacturing plant, it is obvious to proctor the survey results as per the data provided by the survey team of the different department payout areas and to fix any issues in the contract. Based on the areas the analysis are to be done to maintain the balance work in the organization and to sort out the issues for further development are highly essential. The areas which need to fix an improvement are mostly the promotions and co-workers. The promotions structure needs a renegotiation of the contract as the pay is high for the promotion. The company should ensure that the payout should not be higher as the ratio of profit should be optimum with the marketing spending. The marketing spending factors should be re-organizing by the marketing team so that fewer amounts go out for promotions and the most targeted areas are likely to be concentrated for the good marketing rather than considering all the factors.

The second important factor is the co-worker's payout is quite more it needs to be divided along with the benefits to them. The worker’s salary and benefits need to be divided partially so that in both ways they see the advantage of a long-term involvement with the company. Some of the motivating structures are required to be furnished for the workers as they are the workforce of the organization.
