Training Need Analysis- When ever company wants to enter in new mode of operation & wants to use new technology, employee of that company found unclear about its operation. As there is boon of technology there is ban also if new technology not get properly deployed. Hence it felt necessary to acquainted 20 employee for training.

Scheduling the training this training will be for two days.

The first day , which include two secession first phase compose of class room learning by using projector. & during second phase will be for local visit .

During second day First phase will compose of analysis and observation made by employee & feed back during visit question and answer. during noon secession will compose of examination of trainee & distribution of award & certificate.

Budgeting involve cost/head

a.cost for training hall & projector & study material - 200 rs/head/day

b. trainer or subject matter expert remuneration  2000 rs/day

b.cost of refreshment t snacks food 500 rs/head/day

c. for travel for local tour for first day second phase 500 rs/head/day

Total cost for two day training

training facility cost =200 x 20 x 2= rs 8000

subject matter expert remuneration = rs 2000 x 2 days = rs 4000

Refreshment =rs 500 x 20 employee x 2 day = rs 20000

local tour /visit= rs 500 x 20 employee = rs 10000
