Three strengths are as follows:
A. Strong technical and analytical skills
B. A very good team player
C. A good emotional and social quotient
Above three skills are very important for my career. Technical and analytical skills make me ready for the technical aspects of the job in my career, whereas being a team player makes me adaptable in different team scenario and culture. It helps me to succeed in my career. A good blend of emotional and social quotient will help me in effective leadership and management skills while managing clients as well as employees. It will help me to make a successful career.

Three weaknesses are as follows:
A. Too much emphasis on discipline
B. Rulebook adherence
C. Similar expectations from the colleagues
I have to bend these aspects of my profile so that I can use it favorably in my career. An optimum level of discipline, rules and understanding of the issues with colleagues will make me better and prevent the confrontations in the job throughout my career.

B. A growing role of manager as well as leader profile in one person

Above opportunities are coming up in my way that suits to my profile. I can change the job to get better position and compensation in one of the most innovative environments of work.

A. Home sickness
B. A young family
C. Strong bonding with the existing organization
The issue of home sickness and presence of young family is pulling me from taking the attractive overseas assignments. Further, I have a strong attachments with the existing organization that causes me an emotional hindrance to progress my career. I have to bring a rational approach as well as find solutions to keep my family before moving to a new job. It will minimize the risk towards the progress in my career.
