We choose to talk about the registration in sport club system

This system design allow customer to register in .

There is many functional for this system :

First it will take fingerprint

Second ID number

Third mobile number

Forth number of visa card or any way to payment

Fifth : a nurse will take customer size, tall ,weight , blood pressure , sugar level in blood and then added to customer file

Sixth physiotherapist to examine the joints and muscles.

Customer reveals a group of specialists for assistance and counseling

Objective:

Establishing an integrated system for sport club helps to record subscriber data and get to know them through the system footprint and also help the club management and staff to organize the club things and to deal with the customers data in more flexibility .

Use Case Description

Student   -----   Student FingerPrinter

             ---- Student Id Number

             ---- Student Mobile Number

             --- VisaCard/any way other Payment

Student Class Contains The above Fields , they are one of the part in Sports Club Environment. Student Class maintains the relation with other class also.

Customer ---   Customer Size

        ---- Customer Weight

        ---- Customer tall

       ---- Customer Blood Pressure

       ---- Customer Sugar level in blood

Nurse

Nurse Class also points to the Customer class, In the point of Use Case Diagram , So at present this is the description of relations between Nurse and Customer Class.

Physiotherapist   ---- Examines the Joints and muscles. This Class also points Customer class (that means both Nurse Class and Physiotherapist class points to Customer Class)

Counsellor   ------ Customer Contacts the Specialist for Counsellor

The Club Organizes the data more effectively   and efficient manner use the Customer class. It maintains relations with   other classes
