Yes, somehow informal leaders may prove that they are more professional and sustain for a long-term than a formal leadership. It may vary from one company to another company. Depending on the employees it is completely varying as because some may want that their leader should be formal but others have a different choice. The first thing that matters is the working environment if in the working environment an employee gets the space to work freely then the leadership quality is informal. Informal leaders made the work easily done by the employees with cool gestures, which are highly desirable rather than formal. Formal leadership is somehow ruling of the employees that are not commendable as because it will always make the sense that to do work within the boundaries, an employee may not be able to showcase the creativity as the employee may be questioned further about the change in the outcome which was not instructed to follow on the process. If all cases are considered then an informal leadership is quite desirable to work freely.

Charismatic leadership is the most positive part of the working environment in the organization. The organization looks for the charismatic leader as they will intend to function and co-relate with the employees in a most energetic approach. All the dealings are held by them with good gestures in a very enthusiastic approach. Sometimes the work pressure remains so high that an employee dislikes doing work or do not show the eagerness to work efficiently. A charismatic leader motivates them to work and the pending works get completed accordingly. These are the qualities that a charismatic leader holds to make the work process more positive and processed.

The problematic situation that may come is when a charismatic leader shows casual and starts to do negotiations in work with the employees. The employees will always want to do less work but it does not mean that a leader will do negotiations at work. These may lead to a loss in delivery process in the work and it may lead to a loss of the organizations business. It is completely not desirable in the organization.

It is depending on the role that a charismatic leader may perform in the organization if the charismatic leader function effectively for company’s growth then it is the asset for the organizations to bring more profit it is essential to have a charismatic leader in the organization. But if the work performance is poor or not bringing the goal in the company then it will be a liability for the organization to keep a charismatic leader which can be a total disadvantage.
