We, at the Kenny Sales Inc., have always had a great experience while ordering goods for our company from businesscart.com. Without an exception, we have always received our orders in time, in good condition and with exact specifications that we ordered. With similar expectations, we placed an order of 10 units of audio-video cable cords on 14/11/2017 order number - XR0167HZQ for an extremely important business presentation of our company. We appreciate your quick service as this time as well, our order was fulfilled much before the promised time.

Unfortunately, the quality of the cable cords are much below the standard expected norms and two of them are even in an unacceptable state. We have always believed and have ourself experienced that businesscart.com is synonymous to superior product quality and hassle free service. However, on this occasion, we were highly disappointed on receiving substandard quality products which no where matches the high benchmarks set by businesscart in our past interactions with the company.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate if you could kindly arrange the replacement of the cable cords and provide the ones that matches our required specifications and quality standards. I am enclosing the copies of bills, receipts and courier acknowledgement copy. I look forward to a quick resolution from your end as our business presentation is scheduled on the first working day of the coming week.
