The term cross-culture means a company's efforts in understanding of different groups in terms of caste,culture,ethinicity etc among its employees, customers, or clients to develop effective communication or marketing efforts to sustain successfully in the globlalised market.In today's globlalised business environment cultural differences often make any organisation unable to operate properly. Cross cultural leadership is becoming increasingly important for success of international trade or business.

Carlos Ghosn presently is chairman and chief executive officer of the Renault-Nissan Alliance.He started his career in a manufacturing company named Michelin, which was a Europe,s renowned tire maker company.During this job he was rapidly promoted and was transferred to many places like in Le Puy, France, South America, North America. While working in this company and while attaining rapid promotions he started acquiring great cultural leadership skills as well as his skill in transforming a troubled business into successful business started catching the eyes of many organisations.

In 1999,Renault acquired a large stake in Nissan and president of Renault asked Carlos Ghosn to turn around the nearly to this bankrupt Japanese automaker company. His radical restructuring skills along with quality cross cultural leadership skills has returned Nissan to profitability.
