Several issues have arisen on the Recreation and Wellness Intranet Project. The person from the HR department who was supporting the project left the company, and now the team needs more support from that group. A member of the user group that supports the project is extremely vocal and hard to work with, and other users can hardly get a word in at meetings. The project manager, Tony, is getting weekly status reports from all of his team members, but many of them do not address obvious challenges that people are facing. The team is having difficulty deciding how to communicate various project reports and documents and where to store all of the information being generated.

Recall that the team members include you, a programmer/analyst and aspiring project manager; Patrick, a network specialist; Nancy, a business analyst; and Bonnie, another programmer/analyst.

Prepare a partial communications management plan to address some of the challenges mentioned in the previous paragraph

The partial communcation plan will include the following team members to perform the various operations in order to make the project work smoothly:

1.The project manager will first ask the team members to coordinate with each other and enforce rules of equal participation without any one being extemely vocal.If anyone is found to break the rules of the company strict action will be taken against him,.The manager will assign various tasks to network specialist patrick to create a network for communcation.He will assign the task of business analytics to nancy who is the business analyst and final analysis of the data sent by nancy to me and bonnie .

2. The network specialist Patrick will first create a local area network connected by routers in order to create a wireless scenario in the company.It will help all the team members to interact with each other using the wifi as computers can be easily connected to the network.He will monitor the network and makes sure no one else apart from the team members gets access to the network..

3.Business analyst Nancy will look at the business scarios and the current state of the problems related to reacreation and wellness. She will create spreadsheets and send them to user via email listing questions of the various problems faced by the common people in which she will write various options like garbage,insects,etc and the people will chose the options and provide reasons of their problems in detail.She will then collect the information from people through emails or completely filled pamphlets..and send this information me and Bonnie to analyse them in detail through the email network present in the company .In the meantime Patrick will continue to monitor the data traffic being exchanged between company members so that any unknown hacker is not able to access it.

4.Bonnie and me ,we both will analyse the data in detail.We will then store the important information like the names of people,the problems they are suffering form and the solutions they have given in the google spreadsheets form.We will then create a database to store these information and see what are the most important problems and the solutions related to it. We will list the solutions like making nets for insects,throwing garbage into dustbins,etc for the most important problems.Then we will send the list of problems and solutions to the project manager to ask for his approval if he thinks they are right.If any changes are to be done or modified it can be done The manager will send a review of his analysis via email to me and bonnie using the WIFI network.and we will change the solutions or add some more situations depending on the conditions before implementing the project or coding it..

5.The data related to databse and other important information will be stored in a harddisk and we will also create a backup of the same just incase the data gets lost.Patrick will ensure antivirus security to the database along with implementing a firewall so that the data stays secret and private within the members of the company.Finally the project will be coded and a working model will be shown to the manager who will send it to the customers.This will help in solving the problems of the customers.

This is how the team will work with equal patricipation from each and every member simultaneously and this will produce a product of good quality and will solve the problems given by the customers.
