Hi Jim,
I am writing this letter on behalf of Ms. Hannah Rose, Proprietor of Spa and Salon in New York. This letter is to express our concern over the order we have made on your website.
We, Spa and Salon are located in New York and have franchise all over the world. Our Proprietor Hanna Rose is inspired by your product and tried to use your product in our beauty services. Few weeks back Ms. Rose has ordered a set of 10 O.P.I Nail Lacquer and received two sets for which she was charged for both sets. We have used the product but now it has become a matter of concern. Ms.Rose has again ordered Redken All Soft Shampoo and Conditioner and when checked online on the business account of Spa and Salon, the order is found to be duplicated. She has used your Easy Pay feature for both the orders and the error has made us to think twice while ordering on your website. We would like get clarified on the error as we are planning to place order for the shampoo and conditioner after trial. If the bulk order gets duplicated it will be major concern for us.
